The CW recently cast actor Andy Mientus as the Pied Piper for The Flash, and now we have our first look at him. Thanks to YVR Shoots and Canadagraphs, we can finally see how the hearing impaired, openly gay villain will look in the show.

— Canadagraphs (@canadagraphs) November 5, 2014 Although, classically a villain to The Flash, Pied Piper has also been an ally in the past. So, it remains to be seen how the show will incorporate him. Going by the images though, it does look like he might start off as a villain.
Hartley Rathaway, aka the Pied Piper will be making his debut in the eleventh and twelfth episodes of the show.
