ABC has announced that Luke Mitchell has joined Marvel's Agents of SHIELD as a new Inhuman character, named Lincoln. The character is said to help Skye understand the true extent of her transformation.
"With the revelations surrounding Skye’s true identity in the Winter Finale, we knew we’d be introducing more Inhumans as our story progressed," said Executive Producer and Marvel’s Head of Marvel Television, Jeph Loeb. "The charming energy Luke brings to the role will make him a character to watch as we continue our season."
Luke Mitchell previously starred in last year's The Tomorrow People in a leading role. Interestingly, the other leading characters from the show also found themselves in another comicbook show, The Flash. Robbie Amell is currently portraying Ronnie Raymond, while Peyton List is playing Captain Cold's sister, Lisa Snart.
Marvel's Agents of SHIELD will return on March 3 at 9pm ET on ABC.
