Marvel's Agent Carter has added another actor to its principle cast, with Shea Wingham (Boardwalk Empire) joining the show, in what is being described as the male lead of the series.
Shea Wingham, who's currently completing the final season of Boardwalk Empire, will become a part of the Marvel Universe, when Marvel's Agent Carter premieres in the coming months. According to Deadline, Wingham will portray "will play the tough but fair-minded SSR Chief Roger Dooley, the man who will oversee agents Carter, Thompson (Chad Michael Murray) and Sousa (Enver Gjokaj)."

Marvel's Agent Carter will star Captain America's Hayley Atwell in the lead, and will air this fall on ABC during Marvel's Agents of SHIELD's mid-season break.
