New Batman: Arkham Knight Live Action Trailer Released

Rocksteady has released a new live action trailer for their upcoming game, Batman: Arkham Knight.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the final installment in the Batman “Arkham” video game series, which began with Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and a prequel title, Batman: Arkham Origins. The series will bring its trademark style to the Batmobile for the first time ever, giving players the option to either grapple above the streets of Gotham or tear through them in the armored behemoth (but let’s be honest, they’ll go with the latter). The Scarecrow, who hasn’t been seen since Arkham Asylum, will ascend as the game’s primary villain, along with the mysterious new Arkham Knight character. Kevin Conroy will once again bring The Dark Knight to life as the voice of Batman.

The final game of the Batman Arkham series will be wrapping up the story that started in Batman: Arkham Asylum, and for the first time will allow players to drive the Batmobile. Batman: Arkham Knight will be arriving on June 23 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The Flash Season 2 Finale Gives First Look At Killer Frost

The season finale of The Flash finally gave us our first look at Danielle Panabaker's Killer Frost in costume.

For those not privy with comics, Caitlin Snow becomes the villainous Killer Frost and has faced off against numerous villains in the DC universe. The vision of Killer Frost appeared to Barry as he was travelling through Speedforce, that allowed him to see his past and future.

It's currently unknown how Caitlin will turn to Killer Frost in the show, as currently she's part of Team Flash and one of the good guys. Hopefully, we don't have to wait too long to find out.

Additionally, Cisco Ramon's future was also revealed in the finale, courtesy the Reverse Flash. Thawne told Cisco that the particle accelerator effected him too, and he too has become a meta-human. He continued, that Cisco will also go on to become a great hero.

The Flash season one finished this week, and will return this fall with its season two.

The Flash Season 2 Will Include DC Multiverse

The Flash is all set to finish its first season with a bang, with Barry finally going to the past to save his mother from the Reverse Flash and in turn change the course of history.

The biggest question that has been on everyone's minds have been is, how will this effect the current timeline? Well, Grant Gustin while in an interview with TVGuide shed some light on the issue and confessed that everything "doesn't necessarily go as planned," and everything that's been established about the present and the future may change.

"What's fun about this show is that there's going to be multiple timelines as we move forward," Gustin says. "I think we're going to start showing Earth-One and Earth-Two in the near future. There will be kind of different dimensions going on," he said.

In the DC Universe, of course, Earth-One and Earth-Two are distinct universes that exist within a multiverse, and have different versions of the same heroes. Could this be how we get our villainous Caitlin Snow aka Killer Frost? Jay Garrick could also be a great addition to the show. Recent set images revealed his helmet near the Reverse Flash's time sphere, so it does look likely.

As for how the writers will manage the now three shows, as well as a multiverse, Carlos Valdes had this to say, "It gets a little Rubik's Cube-y in terms of keeping consistency between all these timelines and whatnot. But the writers have their stuff together. If I were to trust anyone, it would be them."

The season one finale of The Flash will air today on The CW.

Greg Berlanti On Supergirl-Flash/Arrow Crossover Potential

Greg Berlanti recently featured on the cover of Variety, along with Grant Gustin's Flash and Melissa Benoist's Supergirl. However, if you were thinking this could indicate at a potential crossover for the two characters and shows, think again.

Talking to Variety, Berlanti said, "The network has said publicly at this point they’re going to keep her to themselves, I always approach the shows as a fan first, so I would love to see [a crossover]."

So, he says in clear words that the crossover is not in the cards at the moment. But could that change in the future? "I think in success, all things are possible. But there’s a lot that would have to happen before everybody might say yes to that," he said.

Those expecting the Flash or Arrow to appear in season one of Supergirl might be disappointed, but at this stage it's no secret that CBS weren't too interested in crossovers from the beginning. However, considering CBS co-owns The CW, it's still technically possible to happen somewhere down the line.

Previously, CBS President, Nina Tassler had also shared her opinion on the matter, and made the crossovers seem very unlikely.

First Trailer & Poster for Legends of Tomorrow Released

The CW has released the first trailer and poster for their upcoming superhero teamup show, Legends of Tomorrow.

Along with this, we now also know how Sara Lance will be brought back to the world of DC/CW. Previous theories included either Rip Hunter time traveling before she died and taking her from there, or she being brought back via the Lazarus Pit.

But now it has been revealed, that Sara Lance will indeed be brought back by using the Lazarus Pit. At the CW's Upfront presentation, Caity Lotz said to EW, "There’s going to be some differences. There’s going to be some repercussions [from] whatever happened and it’s definitely going to make a difference in how she is. I’m really looking forward to it. The stuff they were telling me about it and where they’re going to go with the character is exciting."

Additionally, the trailer also reveals who the villain of the show will be, and again, as was rumoured it is Vadal Savage.

Additionally, the the CW also released a new poster for the show:

Legends of Tomorrow stars the spectacular cast of Brandon Routh, Victor Garber, Caity Lotz, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Arthur Darvill, Franz Drameh and Ciara Renée. Vandal Savage is still yet to be cast for the show. It will premiere in early 2016.

First Official Look At The 'Legends of Tomorrow' Team

The CW has revealed the first look at their superhero teamup show, Legends of Tomorrow.

The image gives us our first look at the complete team assembled as it will appear in the show. From left to right, we have:

Rip Hunter
Hawkgirl
Dr. Martin Stein
White Canary
The Atom
Captain Cold
Heatwave

The biggest news from this is, that Caity Lotz's character is finally revealed, and now we know that she will be portraying White Canary in the show. How she will return from the dead, and become that is still not clear.

The CW also released an updated synopsis for the show:

First Official Supergirl Trailer Is Here

CBS has released the first trailer for its upcoming superhero drama, Supergirl.

The six-and-a-half-minute long trailer does a good job of introducing us to the show and its characters. More importantly, it firmly establishes that Superman does indeed exist in this universe. Several references are made regarding Kara's "cousin."

We get a look at how Kara evolves into the superheroine that will come to be called Supergirl, as well as introductions to series regulars like James Olsen, Hank Henshaw, Cat Grant and Alex Danvers.

Supergirl definitely seems more akin to The Flash, rather than Arrow, at least in the tone of the series. The trailer made the show look like a good mix of drama and fun, instead of being all dark and gritty.

SUPERGIRL is an action-adventure drama based on the DC Comics character Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist), Superman’s (Kal-El) cousin who, after 12 years of keeping her powers a secret on Earth, decides to finally embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be. Twelve-year-old Kara escaped the doomed planet Krypton with her parents’ help at the same time as the infant Kal-El. Protected and raised on Earth by her foster family, the Danvers, Kara grew up in the shadow of her foster sister, Alex (Chyler Leigh), and learned to conceal the phenomenal powers she shares with her famous cousin in order to keep her identity a secret. Years later at 24, Kara lives in National City assisting media mogul and fierce taskmaster Cat Grant (Golden Globe Award winner Calista Flockhart), who just hired the Daily Planet’s former photographer, James Olsen (Mehcad Brooks), as her new art director. However, Kara’s days of keeping her talents a secret are over when Hank Henshaw (David Harewood), head of a super-secret agency where her sister also works, enlists her to help them protect the citizens of National City from sinister threats. Though Kara will need to find a way to manage her newfound empowerment with her very human relationships, her heart soars as she takes to the skies as Supergirl to fight crime.

Supergirl is in development by Greg Berlanti, Ali Adler and Sarah Sechter, and will air this fall on CBS.

Photo Preview: The Flash, 'Fast Enough'

The CW has released images from the upcoming season finale of The Flash, titled 'Fast Enough.' Firestorm will continue his guest appearance in the show, but this time split into Ronnie Raymond and Dr. Martin Stein. It seems Gorilla Grodd will also be making a return, as Barry can be seen wearing the headset that he wore in 'Grodd Lives.'

"Fast Enough" (Season Finale) - Wells (Tom Cavanagh) presents Barry (Grant Gustin) with a life-changing choice. Dr. Martin Stein (guest star Victor Garber) and Ronnie Raymond (guest star Robbie Amell) return to help the S.T.A.R. Labs team with this final fight. Dermott Downs directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Gabrielle Stanton & Andrew Kreisberg.

The Flash will continue this Tuesday on The CW.
